British Sound List

SWD Video Channel

We respect copyright.  All sounds used to create our unique projects have been professionally recorded and edited by ourselves and are authentic.

We offer a full range of exciting Steam & Diesel sounds for British outline.

It is important to note that the sound you hear will vary depending on the type and positioning of the loud speaker (s) you choose. We will try and guide you where possible but the choice is ultimately yours. You may be told or read from ‘an expert’ that this or that speaker is the best or correct. That may be true but creating what YOU like is the important thing to remember.

This list will be updated whenever we have developed sufficient changes or new projects. If you have a need for a particular prototype which may not be listed, please ask, we can usually accommodate your wishes. All our sounds are being updated to the UDrive + format and all our new ones will, of course, be in that format. However this takes time but, It is the most accurate, responsive and fulfilling system available.

We would like to acknowledge both Barry Sumsion for his expert knowledge and ongoing help and support with our Steam projects and Andy Jack for his assistance with Diesels and making our projects more user friendly towards computer control with Traincontroller users.
