South West Digital Ltd was formed in January 2003 by Caroline, with many years of customer care experience & Steve, an electrical engineer, but more importantly a British modeller doing Continental outline owing to the high quality ESU DCC sound and control products available.

Here at SWD we wanted to offer the British modeller the same high standard of DCC products from ESU with authentic British sounds, thus the Class 37 was born.

Owing to the enthusiastic customer response and encouragement from preservation societies and loco groups alike, further projects soon followed.

Now in our 6^th year we still have the same commitment and enthusiasm to provide the very best to YOU the customer.

All sounds used to create our unique projects have been professionally recorded by ourselves and are entirely authentic.

Our prices reflect the care and attention that go in to creating our British sound projects and our high standard of customer support. We have confidence in what we sell, that is why all our British projects come with a no quibble 28 day full refund and a 2 year manufactures guarantee. All other ESU products have a 2 year manufactures guarantee. However warranty work will incur P&P charges.

Full product support includes English manuals and the free reprogramming of sounds / CV's in the event of your DCC system causing a loss of data.
